These terms describe the basic rules for using Vantace.

Company

Vantace is operated by Vantace Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.

Service

Vantace helps clubs run ladders, tournaments, competitions, member communication, and related admin. We aim to keep the service reliable and useful, and we may improve, refine, add, or remove features as the product develops.

Accounts

Users are responsible for keeping login details secure and for making sure profile and contact details are accurate enough for club competition use. Junior accounts never expose direct personal contact details to adults. Match coordination is routed through parents, guardians, or club officials.

Club admin responsibilities

Club admins manage their club, memberships, ladders, communications, and billing choices. They should only invite or approve members who should have access to that club.

Billing

Paid club subscriptions are handled through Stripe. Trial length, plan price, renewal, cancellation, and payment status are shown during onboarding and billing management.

Mobile apps

Vantace may be used through the website and through mobile apps. The mobile apps are provided for access to the Vantace service, including notifications and match actions. Club subscriptions, trials and billing changes are managed through the Vantace website rather than through in-app purchase.

External contact links

Vantace may provide links or actions for phone, SMS, email, WhatsApp or contacts so approved adult club members can arrange matches. Those external services are not operated by Vantace and are subject to their own terms and privacy notices. Junior safeguarding rules continue to apply within Vantace.
