Joining a club
Most players join Vantace through an invitation or join link from their club. If you cannot find your club or your invite link is not working, contact your Club Admin first or send us the details below.
Mobile app notifications
The mobile apps use notifications for challenge updates, match actions, tournament reminders and club activity. Check that notifications are enabled for Vantace in your device settings if alerts are not arriving.
Club billing
Club subscriptions, trials and billing changes are managed through the Vantace website rather than through the mobile apps. Club admins can manage billing from the web account when their club has an active paid plan or trial.
Privacy and terms
Vantace protects junior contact details and only shows member details within approved club contexts. You can read the full privacy policy and terms from the links in the footer.
