Account and data deletion
Vantace account deletion is available from inside your signed-in account.
How to delete your account
Sign in to Vantace, open My Profile, choose Delete account, and complete the confirmation step. If you cannot sign in, contact hello@vantace.co.uk for help recovering access.
What happens next
We will use the account email to identify the Vantace account, may ask for extra information if needed to confirm the request, and will confirm when the deletion or anonymisation work has been completed.
Data we may retain
We will delete or anonymise personal account data where reasonably possible. Some records may be retained where needed for club competition history, billing, fraud prevention, security, legal obligations, or audit records.
